The shoulder joint is one of the greatest anatomical and structural structures in the human body, and it is severe and multifaceted in uses and movements with a wonderful logical degree, and it is considered one of the articular types called the ball and the right, and it is a joint by virtue of its unstable formation due to the lack of the depth of the socket in which the head of the humerus resides in Its natural location is in the shoulder blade, and therefore there are the muscles, tendons and muscle ligaments that cover it, and it is the only joint that allows 360-degree rotation The shoulder joint is the only joint in the human body in which we find the movements are clear, free and loose in all directions, and this is very necessary in the shoulder joint, as it performs many important functions and actions in a person, and is characterized by the following movements: - Grasp, extension, distancing, approximation (annexation) ), Draping for humanity, draping for savage. The shoulder joint is one of the free-moving synovial joints in the human body. It is an anatomically complex joint that is surrounded and protected by the ligaments and the constituent muscles. The most common type of shoulder injury 1- Shoulder joint separation: the separation of the shoulder joint occurs as a result of a rupture of the ligaments that connect the shoulder bone to the collarbone, and it has two types, which are partial tears and total tears, and the cause of the separation of the shoulder joint is usually a strong and sudden blow to the shoulder, or as a result the fall . 2- Bursitis: The bursa is one of the components of the joints of the body, and its main task is to protect those joints from the surrounding tissues, and it is possible for the bursa to become infected with infections resulting from straining the shoulder joint or when the inflammation extends to it from the adjacent tendons. 3- Fracture of the shoulder blade Fracture: A person may fracture one of the bones that make up the shoulder joint, and it is the most common fracture that affects the collarbone and the humerus, and causes the patient excruciating pain. 4- Rotator cuff tear: The rotator cuff includes a group of muscles surrounding the head of the humerus, and these muscles contribute to keeping it inside the shoulder socket, and in the event that one of the tendons of the muscles that make up the rotator cuff and more are torn, this results in a feeling of acute pain, and One of the most common causes of this injury is misuse of the shoulder, overloading it, or aging. 5- Impingement Syndrome: This syndrome occurs when the bones of the shoulder put pressure on the rotator cuff muscles that are located underneath, and thus cause associated bursitis, rotator cuff tendinitis, or calcium deposition on the tendons. 6- Tendons tendinitis: a person may develop tendinitis in one of the shoulder muscles, it is known that tendons are fibrous ropes that connect muscles to bones, and in the event of any infections in the tendons of the rotator cuff muscle or one of the tendons of the biceps humeral. It results in severe pain in that area, and it is one of the tendons most affected by inflammation in the shoulder region. 7- Adhesive capsulitis: Adhesive capsulitis, or what is known as the frozen shoulder, is a disease that limits the movement of the shoulder joint, and this inflammation results from the formation of tissue ligaments that prevent it from normal movement, and this condition usually occurs due to not using Shoulder continuously due to pain or after an operation.
